Intermountain Specialized Abuse Treatment Center (ISAT), a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) counseling agency, was established in 1983 with the exclusive focus being the evaluation and treatment of abuse. The mission of ISAT is to provide specialized services to children and families affected by abuse and violence, with the focused goal of helping the healing process begin and preventing future victimization.
At ISAT, we envision a world where children grow up without violence and abuse, where all children live in homes that are safe, secure, and happy. We want a world without violence and abuse. At ISAT our focus is on "healing families and strengthening lives." ISAT has the capacity to provide the full range of services required by families and individuals including individual, couples, and family therapy; educational and therapeutic groups; and psychological evaluations. ISAT has knowledge of and cooperates extensively with all legal, medical and social service agencies involved with abuse issues.
ISAT is a trauma informed agency operating under the leadership of an Executive Director of Clinical Services and an Executive Director of Administrative Services in conjunction with a volunteer Board of Directors, all committed to fulfilling the mission of the agency.
